Butterfly Phoenix events, retreats, and on-line courses are designed for both men and women who are highly motivated to explore their own 'four dimensions of being' to make lasting change in their lives. Our work is based on the philosophy of Existential Well-Being, which teaches that our four dimensions of being are integral to each other and that one cannot be more important than another.
Living Existentially for Beginners
Learn what Existentialism is, and why it doesn't affect your current belief system, if any. Many people worry that Existentialism is some form of spirituality, or a close cousin to Buddhism, or some other shamanic belief system.
a philosophical theory or approach that emphasizes the existence of the individual person as a free and responsible agent determining their own development through acts of the will.

Everything in nature exists in cycles, and so do human beings. We have four transformations to make, before we transmute back to our original state.

The Corners of My Mind
Learn what Personal Well-Being is and how it affects each of the other three dimensions of being.
As a man thinketh, so goes his life. The same is true for women. What we focus on or do not focus on has a direct impact on the outcomes of our lives. We have the ability to create our own lives, at least to an extent.

Family, Friends, and Society
Our Social Well-Being is often determined by the five people closest to us at any given stage of development. We are those with whom we associate, but how do we make those decisions?
Learn how Social Well-Being at home, at work, and in the world is directly related to our physical, personal, and spiritual dimensions. Discover how to integrate the four dimensions for a fulfilling life.
The Spiritual Dimension of Being
Spiritual Well-Being is often the most neglected dimension of many people today; however, our spiritual well-being is an integral piece of our existence.
Spirituality is highly personal, and at Butterfly Phoenix we do not hold one belief system over another. We talk about the function of spirituality in our lives, how it affects our lives, and how to connect or re-connect to spirituality to gain a sense of wholeness and balance.
