You’ve never heard of an Existential Coach? That’s because there aren’t many of us out here. As your Existential Coach, I help you to go beyond simple self-care, and help you to develop your life philosophy.
People who have a life philosophy, generally, go on to be more successful than those who just “go with the flow”.
- Do you feel like you are just existing rather than truly living?
- Do you feel a sense of disconnect in your life?
- Is there a stirring in your inner-world that is demanding to be heard?
These are existential themes that everyone experiences, however, many people ignore. When existential themes are ignored, life becomes chaotic and unbalanced, which leads to a sense that we have somehow lost our sense of who we are; if we ever truly knew.
Most often an existential crisis occurs during times of significant change, loss, or transformation. These could be events such as: moving out of our parents home and living on our own for the first time; or experiencing our youngest child leaving the nest. It could be the mid-life crisis – a time of reflection and anticipation. Or, it could be the loss of a job, change in career path, or even retirement.
Using the philosophy of existentialism, I have created a lifestyle for myself that has allowed me to live in a sense of centered peace and joy, while balancing the four dimensions of being to live as a whole and healed person. I have made it my life’s mission to assist others to discover their life philosophy and transition to an extraordinary life of peace and joy.
