About Us

Donna R. Wood is a fiction author, motivational speaker, and a certified Well-Being coach through the Existential Well-Being course offered by Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KU Leuven, Belgium), on EdX.

Donna gained extensive experience as a life and career coach while employed as a program coordinator in a diversity-based nonprofit. This has given her real-world working experience, and allows her to easily identify the strengths, weaknesses, and potentials for success that align with the individual’s personal values and goals. She has a fundamental understanding of the cultural and spiritual beliefs of the global population.  As such, Donna has led workshop and classroom instruction sessions with people from all over the world.

She offers compassionate understanding to help people navigate the changes and challenges of life, to reach their innermost passions, and to create lasting strategies to transform ordinary lives into extraordinary lifestyles.

Donna is the recipient of the 2009 YWCA Cass-Clay Woman of the Year award in the Advocating for Equality category. She is a fiction author, loving mother and grandmother, family historian and genealogist, women’s rights supporter, coffee connoisseur, and strong believer in Love One Another without presumption.

Rebecca Ellen Augustine earned a B.A. in Sociology from North Dakota State University, and continues to be a lifelong learner across a wide variety of disciplines. Because of this, she can see the patterns, insights, and connections among varying perspectives that define how reality behaves, and can help others move through their reality with greater wisdom. She works with people to help them discover their gifts and path, encouraging them to choose an extraordinary life by being extraordinary persons.

Rebecca is a transformational NLP coach, a certified mindfulness practitioner, a Qigong healer, and a Reiki master. She offers a healing, calm, accepting presence, and holds space for people to explore their world and make the changes they want.

Recognized as a Human Rights Defender by Amnesty International, she advocates for personal and social change through conscious action. She is an ordained interfaith minister and officiates weddings as often as she can. She is also a devoted herb gardener, grateful parent, experienced natural perfumer, terrible fencer, enthusiastic home cook, gemstone aficionado, avid reader, happy wife, amateur opera and jazz singer, passionate writer, spiritual philosopher, essential oil connoisseur, and eager student of quantum physics.

Rebecca lives in a pretty green house in Fargo, North Dakota, USA, with her favorite curmudgeon Mike and their Russian Blue cat Grey.
